Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Kylin garment tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
